PRENATAL YOGA (suitable for beginners) Stay healthy during pregnancy with yoga postures
to stretch and strengthen the entire body. Breath work will relax and deepen your experience.

SHANTI PRENATAL YOGA
Movements are slow and mindful with emphasis on breath, release and specic back care and positions for labour. As this class is not progressive, ongoing, prorated registrations will be accepted throughout the session. With Anne Pitman.
