MOM & BABY AND PRENATAL YOLATES




Moms and moms-to-be; embrace this fun and exciting time by ‘getting back into mind, body and spirit' together with baby! This class will integrate baby with modified Yoga, Pilates and some physiotherapy based exercises to assist with getting back into that pre-pregnancy form and shape! Tone up the abdominal, pelvic floor, back and other ‘core muscles' with Pilates, while promoting flexibility, lower/upper extremity strength/balance and relaxation with Yoga. This class is suitable for all babies who aren't quite ‘on the move'. Instructor: Yolanda Tsang is a Registered Physiotherapist, is certified to teach STOTT Pilates and Yoga Group Exercise.
