Studies have shown that reading to newborns has been a proven success for inspiring interest in books and learning to read in the early years. By the same token, when new parents take their babies to a Strollercize class, babies are exposed early to fitness and the outdoors. And for new mothers, getting out of the house and sharing their new-mom experiences and thoughts with other new moms is, quite simply, essential for their well-being and that of their babies. Needless to say, these activities will only benefit our children and our community down the road.
